Of course Lobby is the safe entry. But for the sake of discussion, what if you can enter from pool? Hotel Pool and Gym is usually highly privatized zone, only guest can use the space. But if you can learn from High Line there is something that should reflect on the bubbles.
Speaking of the diagram, it lacks the graphic hierarchy. The first glance, I cannot find the entrance bubble. Retail does not have any relations to other program?
